01Services provided

Dolta.io offers services related to LinkedIn marketing, B2B lead generation, sales automation, content delivery, and consulting (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of Dolta.io, a platform operated by Dolta Ltd (Company Number 16265186, registered at 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our Services. By using Dolta.io, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

03Our rights as a service provider

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or user for any reason, at our sole discretion.
• We retain full control over our internal processes, methodology, tools, and subcontractors used to deliver Services.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
• We retain the right to terminate any engagement or access to Services if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or violate legal or ethical standards.
• We retain all intellectual property rights in the materials, methodologies, scripts, software, templates, and content provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

04Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
• Refrain from using our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
• Ensure you have legal rights to share any data or account access provided to Dolta.

05Payments and refunds

• Payment terms, pricing, and deliverables are defined per project or engagement.
• Unless explicitly agreed, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to performance metrics clearly defined in writing before the start of the engagement.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate Services for late or missing payments.

06Confidentiality

We agree to keep your confidential information private, and you agree to do the same with ours. Confidential information includes proprietary business data, marketing strategies, contact lists, and internal documentation.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolta Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
• Loss of profits, data, opportunities, or reputational damage.
• Any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control.

08No guarantees

While we apply proven systems and expertise, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes — for example revenue, client acquisition, or platform engagement. All performance claims are illustrative.

09Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content, copy, materials, and assets created during service delivery remain the intellectual property of Dolta Ltd.

10Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.

11Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
