• We retain all intellectual property rights in the materials, methodologies, scripts, software, templates, and content provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments and Refunds

   Unless expressly stated, all content, copy, materials, and assets created during service delivery remain the intellectual property of Dolta LLP.
3. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.

   We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
