- No Refunds Policy
All payments made to Dolta Ltd are final and non-refundable, except in the cases explicitly stated below. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued unless explicitly agreed upon under the terms outlined herein.
- Exceptions to No Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
a. Performance-Based Engagements:
If you have purchased a service structured as a performance-based agreement (e.g., Pay-Per-Appointment or Pay-Per-Lead), and performance metrics are not met as per the agreed terms, a refund may be processed for the undelivered portion of the service.
b. Signed Legal Agreements:
If a formal legal agreement has been signed by both parties (Dolta Ltd and the client), clearly stating that a portion or the entirety of the service is to be delivered under performance-based terms, refunds will be issued in accordance with the conditions and metrics defined in that agreement.
- No Other Grounds for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Client cancellation or change of mind after project commencement
- Dissatisfaction with subjective results not tied to agreed performance indicators
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information
