Refund Policy

At Dolta Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to client goals and expectations. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except under specific performance-based arrangements.

  1. No Refunds Policy
    All payments made to Dolta Ltd are final and non-refundable, except in the cases explicitly stated below. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued unless explicitly agreed upon under the terms outlined herein.
  1. Exceptions to No Refund Policy
    Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

a. Performance-Based Engagements:
If you have purchased a service structured as a performance-based agreement (e.g., Pay-Per-Appointment or Pay-Per-Lead), and performance metrics are not met as per the agreed terms, a refund may be processed for the undelivered portion of the service.

b. Signed Legal Agreements:
If a formal legal agreement has been signed by both parties (Dolta Ltd and the client), clearly stating that a portion or the entirety of the service is to be delivered under performance-based terms, refunds will be issued in accordance with the conditions and metrics defined in that agreement.

  1. No Other Grounds for Refunds
    Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Client cancellation or change of mind after project commencement
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results not tied to agreed performance indicators
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information
